Work order types

For work types, you can define default duration, category, price, recommended staffing, contract eligibility, material template, instruction texts, GPS or image requirements, and allowed recurrences. For example, maintenance cleaning, extra work, inspection visit, and special work can be priced and instructed differently.

Sites and customers

For sites, address, contact persons, billing customer, door codes, alarm information, instructions, coordinates, and material information are saved. You can also define mandatory, recommended, and blocked employees. The right person goes to the right place with the right information.

Customer reminders

The work order can be linked to customer communication before and after the visit — via email, SMS or WhatsApp. Fewer follow-up questions, better customer experience.
