    How do I create a customer group for mass invoicing?

    From the customers in your invoicing software, select those to whom you want to send an invoice. You can create permanent customer groups for membership fees, for example, or select customers on a case-by-case basis.

    What sending channels does mass invoicing support?

    Mass invoices are sent as e-invoices via Maventa or by email as a PDF. The system automatically selects the best channel based on the recipient's details.

    How is mass invoicing priced?

    Mass invoicing is included in all our payment services. You only pay for the invoices sent according to the normal price list. No separate fees for the mass invoicing function.
