Can I export reports to Excel and PDF?▼
Yes. All reports can be exported in both Excel (.xlsx) and PDF formats. You can also create a shareable link for others to view the report without logging in.
Can I get the entries for my accounting?▼
Yes. The journal & postings report generates files that can be transferred to accounting, including all necessary accounting entries, dates, and invoice numbers. You can filter by time period and export the data directly to your accounting firm.
Can lines be displayed in the invoice summary?▼
Yes. In the invoicing report, you can choose whether to display just the summary or all invoice lines itemized. You can also include a copy of each invoice in the report.
Can I filter by customer reference or invoice number range?▼
Yes. With the Custom Filters function, you can search for invoices by customer reference, invoice number range, time period, or fiscal year. You can also save frequently used filters as favorites.
